Boots on the Ground

This application is for individuals interested in being “Boots on the Ground” for Prosperity Equity Pros. Applicants will be responsible for inspecting properties, putting lockboxes on vacant properties and/or being present for prospective buyer inspections. Applicants must: have reliable transportation, own a smartphone capable of taking and emailing HD quality photos, be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with people from various backgrounds. Pay is $100 per appointment. Most properties will have an opportunity to make $200+ each transaction. $100 for initial seller side inspection and $100 for end buyer inspections if applicable.
